Message	starting witrh the clutch engaged, then start the car with the tranny in neutral, and the clutch engaged(not pushed in) starting the car and idling with the clutch pushed in is what causes the problem, lack of oil to the trust bearing. I will not go into why, the supraforums thread explained it fully.
